Terms and Conditions for Falcon Pro Subscriptions

1- Subscription Requirements: A medium-speed internet connection or higher is required.

2- Payment and Cancellation Policy: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and the subscription cannot be canceled. Therefore, we recommend trying the service and ensuring it meets your needs before subscribing.

3- Service Guarantee: Service is guaranteed for the entire duration of the subscription. In the event of any technical issues, they will be temporary, and service will be restored to an improved state.

4- Content: We strictly do not provide any +18 channels or adult content.

5- Device Restrictions: The subscription works on only one screen at a time. If the subscription is run on more than one device simultaneously, performance issues or lagging may occur for which we are not responsible. Therefore, please ensure the subscription is active on only one device.

6- Broadcast Delay: There is a delay of several seconds compared to the official live broadcast. This is normal for all online subscription services.

7- Technical Issues: All online subscriptions are subject to occasional temporary technical issues. Our priority is to restore the service to its normal state as quickly as possible.
